This is a very easy simple and tasty recipe to make. All you have to do is fry the eggplant then drizzle with tahini and silan (Israeli date syrup)


1 large eggplan cut in slices. salt

fresh black pepper

frying oil

1/2 cup tahini sauce

4 Tbs silan

1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds

1/4 cup chopped parsley


season the eggplant with salt and pepper.

Add oil to the pan and get hot, fry the eggplant until golden brown.

arrange on the plate and drizzle with tahini and silan
